Is the free week actually free?
Yes. Answer 7 questions and week 1 generates instantly — no signup, no email, no card. The one-time $19 unlock is only for the full 12-week program.
How is this different from a generic strength program?
Generic programs ignore WHEN you run. RunMatrix schedules around your running week: no heavy leg work the day before your intervals or long run, only light core and ankle work the day after your long run, and at least one full rest day protected. That scheduling logic — not the exercises themselves — is what most runners are missing.
I have runner’s knee / shin splints / Achilles pain. Is this safe for me?
Tell the builder where you hurt and exercises that stress that area are automatically excluded, while proven strengthening work for that area is kept. This is general fitness guidance, not medical advice — for diagnosis or treatment of an injury, see a professional.
Do I need a gym?
No. Pick your equipment (none, bands, dumbbells, or full gym) and the plan only uses what you have. A bodyweight-only plan is a real option, not a downgrade page.
I’m a beginner. Is this for me?
Yes — experience level is one of the 7 questions. Beginners get simpler movement patterns and a slower progression; experienced lifters get heavier, more specific work.
What exactly do I get for $19?
The full 12-week program: Foundation (weeks 1–4), Strength (weeks 5–8), and Power & Speed with plyometrics (weeks 9–12), a deload week at week 7, progressive loading every week, a PDF export for the gym floor, and the ability to rebuild the plan anytime your schedule changes with the same license key. One-time payment, no subscription.
Is the plan generated by AI?
No. Plans are built by transparent, deterministic rules over a 42-exercise library — the same inputs always produce the same plan, and every exercise states why it’s included. No black box.
My race schedule changed. Do I have to buy again?
No. Rebuild your plan as often as you like — the same license key keeps working on your device.
How many strength days a week does it add?
Two to three short sessions, placed on the days that interfere least with your running. Research on runners consistently supports 2–3 strength sessions per week for economy and injury-risk benefits.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
14-day money-back guarantee. Email us from your receipt and we refund it, no questions asked.
